Assists with operations, supervises cleanliness, and maintains energy and dynamism. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Serves as the establishment’s primary hostess, responsible for ensuring customers receive high-quality service. Her responsibility is to ensure customers perceive an excellent restaurant image. **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES** * Perform your role within your area and verify that everything is in order—telephone line, guest logbook, business cards. Hospitality is key: make customers feel welcome, provide a warm greeting, and manage reception. * Reservation Management: Assign tables and manage reservations to ensure a positive experience; organize guest flow and manage waiting lists. Answer telephone calls and assist customers with reservations; enter them into the logbook and application. * Dining Room Management: Monitor table occupancy and optimize wait times. * Customer Service: Provide menus, offer recommendations and specialties. * Operational Support: Collaborate with manager or captain and notify servers of newly assigned tables; supervise area cleanliness. Maintain high energy and enthusiasm; exhibit a dynamic personality and service orientation. **JOB GOALS AND RESULTS** Achieve the highest standard in guest service, thereby fostering customer loyalty.
