This position is ideal for individuals interested in developing their careers within the gastronomy sector, in a dynamic environment with high standards of quality and hygiene. **Job Objective** Support food preparation, ingredient organization, and execution of basic kitchen tasks, contributing to the smooth operation during the shift. **Responsibilities** * Support food preparation according to established recipes and procedures * Perform mise en place activities as per preparation checklists * Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system for product storage and rotation * Prepare ingredients according to defined portion sizes and standards * Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables before use * Comply with food hygiene and safe handling standards * Assist in preparing sauces, side dishes, and basic preparations * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, utensils, and equipment * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy (intern or graduate) or related technical program * Experience: Prior kitchen experience or professional internships preferred * Availability to work on weekends * On-site work **Candidate Profile** * Responsibility and organizational skills * Attention to detail * Service-oriented attitude * Willingness to learn * Teamwork ability * Commitment to food hygiene and quality **We Offer** * Daily salary of $350\.00 * Meal allowance * Opportunity to gain professional kitchen experience * Positive work environment Salary: $350\.00 per day Workplace: On-site employment
