**Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree **Languages:** Advanced English **Industry experience:** Minimum 8 years. **Position experience:** Minimum 5 years. **Knowledge:** End-to-end supply chain management in the automotive industry Demand and supply planning (S\&OP) Strategic procurement and sourcing processes Materials and components for automotive electrical harnesses (cables, terminals, connectors, resins, packaging) Inventory management and warehouse control Domestic and international logistics and transportation management Incoterms, import and export processes Supplier evaluation and development Logistics and materials cost analysis and control ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle or others) **Supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs):** OTIF, lead time, inventory turnover Automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\) Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Supply Chain, Kaizen) Supply chain risk management Basic financial and budgeting knowledge Legislation and regulations applicable to foreign trade Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Excel, data analysis, reporting) **Responsibilities / Functions:** Plan, direct, and control the supply chain to ensure timely flow of materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure supply of raw materials (cables, terminals, connectors, electrical components) aligned with production schedules. Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Coordinate demand and supply planning jointly with Production and Sales. Supervise procurement, planning, warehousing, inventory, and logistics processes. Maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts, overstocks, and obsolescence. Manage and optimize logistics and transportation costs. Ensure compliance with customer requirements regarding delivery times and shipping conditions. Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs): OTIF, inventory turnover, fill rate, logistics costs. Coordinate imports and exports in accordance with applicable customs regulations. Lead continuous improvement projects within the supply chain (Lean, lead time reduction). Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949\) across supply chain processes. Manage contingency plans and supply chain risk mitigation. **Coordinate with internal departments:** Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance. Supervise and develop team members under supervision, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Prepare and present executive supply chain performance reports to senior management.
