**Industry experience:** Minimum 10 years.
**Experience in this position:** Minimum 6 years.
**Knowledge:**
Industrial and automotive project management
Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Lean Project Management)
Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
Budget and resource preparation and control
Risk management and contingency planning
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Procurement)
Knowledge of electrical harness manufacturing processes
Automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\)
**Computer tool usage:** MS Project, Advanced Excel, ERP
Technical documentation and executive reporting
Root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
Continuous improvement and process optimization
Customer negotiation and project requirement management
On-time delivery compliance and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) adherence
**Responsibilities / Functions:**
Plan, coordinate, and lead strategic and operational projects within the company.
Ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality, and SOP-compliant project execution.
Manage human, financial, and material resources assigned to projects.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
Coordinate communication and collaboration among involved departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain).
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Oversee project documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies in project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards.
Submit periodic progress and results reports to management.
Lead resolution of critical issues affecting project execution.
Promote a culture of efficiency, discipline, and results within project teams.
