Logistics Procurement Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage domestic and international freight procurement, coordinate logistics operations, and support inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in freight and logistics procurement 2. End-to-end coordination of imports and deliveries 3. Analysis and tracking of quotations with suppliers Requirements: * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. * 3 years of experience in freight procurement. * Experience with SAP Purchasing module. * Intermediate Excel skills. Main Responsibilities: * Support in requesting, analyzing, and tracking quotations from domestic and international freight suppliers. * Preparation and tracking of purchase orders. * Coordination of material and equipment deliveries to construction sites or warehouses. * Support in the logistics management of domestic and international freight. * Comprehensive tracking and coordination of imports from purchase order issuance through final delivery. * Review and validation of import documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, customs entry forms). * Monitoring and control of critical import timelines (customs clearance, delivery). * Timely identification and reporting of risks, delays, or cost overruns in procurement and import activities. * Basic analysis of cost variances, delivery lead times, and supplier performance compliance. * Verification of technical specifications against purchase orders and deliveries. * Control and recordkeeping of purchases, deliveries, and invoicing. * Support in inventory control and material receipt. * Ongoing communication with Engineering, Projects, and Administration departments. * Preparation of simple status reports on procurement and logistics.
