The candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and supplies for various ongoing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Obtain quotations and negotiate with local and external suppliers to secure the best prices and terms. * Manage logistics of materials and ensure their timely and proper delivery to construction sites. * Monitor the quality of purchased materials and verify compliance with technical project requirements. * Prepare purchase orders and maintain an updated inventory control system. * Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and develop new contacts to ensure a continuous supply of materials. * Coordinate with project and site supervision teams to forecast procurement needs. * Review project purchase orders and related invoices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration (or related field). * Minimum 4 years of procurement experience within the construction industry. * Knowledge of invoicing practices. * Willingness to travel frequently to various external locations. * Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Proficiency in technological tools and procurement management software. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Travel allowances. * Accommodation. * Professional development opportunities. * Dynamic and growing work environment.
