Join our team as: **Leader of Pedagogical Experience Design** **What will your responsibilities be at IEU?** Lead the operation of the Instructional Design team, ensuring collaborative and strategically aligned management with departmental objectives through continuous improvement of the educational content portfolio, integration of innovative pedagogical approaches, and promotion of digital tool usage. This aims to standardize processes, enhance the quality of educational content delivery, and consolidate collaborative work across various production teams. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) * 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles * Leadership and team coordination skills * Project and process management experience * Strategic management and stakeholder engagement skills * Instructional design expertise (ADDIE, SAM, ASSURE) * Authoring and e-learning tools (Articulate, Genially, H5P, etc.) * Application of innovative methodologies (gamification, microlearning) * LMS knowledge (Blackboard, Moodle, or others) **What do we offer you?** * Hybrid work modality * $17,500\.00 gross monthly salary * Grocery vouchers **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:30 AM\-6:05 PM **Work Location:** Sonata, Puebla. **At IEU, we are a community… and unstoppable** **JOIN IEU UNIVERSITY!**
