Manantiales, San Pedro Cholula, **Employment Type:** Full-time **Shifts:** Rotating 3 shifts **Job Description** We are looking for a **Mold Assembly Technician** with experience in plastic injection processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, dismantling, and ensuring the proper functioning of molds used in production, guaranteeing quality and safety in each process. **Main Responsibilities** * Install and dismantle molds according to the production schedule. * Inspect mold condition prior to installation. * Prepare tools and ensure correct mold alignment. * Conduct tests to verify equipment functionality. * Assist in mold cleaning and storage. * Follow instructions from the area supervisor and comply with safety regulations. **Requirements** * Completed high school, TSU, or university degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this field. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Required Knowledge** * Plastic injection. * Hydraulics and pneumatics. * Basic electricity. * Mold commissioning. * Forklift operation (walk-behind type). *A knowledge test will be administered.* * Use of mechanical tools (measuring and calibration instruments). * Safety practices when operating industrial machinery. **We Offer** * Competitive salary**.** * Job stability and opportunity for growth. * Statutory benefits from day one Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
