Job Summary: Responsible for troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and scheduling repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. 2. Fault detection and correction in equipment. 3. Preparation of reports and material lists. 1\. Carry out tasks reported by various production and service centers to correct faults in refrigeration equipment (refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, ice makers, etc.) and air conditioning installations, in order to proceed with immediate repairs. 2\. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities for both refrigeration and air conditioning systems, aiming to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment operation, as well as guarantee required temperatures for refrigeration equipment and conditioned areas. 3\. Conduct daily inspections in kitchens across various consumption centers to detect faults (e.g., refrigerant leaks and abnormal noises) in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, and immediately address them. 4\. Develop repair programs for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. 5\. Prepare a daily activity report to document productivity achieved. 6\. Compile material lists required for scheduled work to ensure timely procurement. 7\. Participate in internal and external individual and group training sessions to reinforce knowledge for better performance of duties and share such knowledge with maintenance staff. 7\.
