Maintenance Technician (AR)

Job Summary: Maintenance Technician with experience in high-volume production, responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving automated equipment and machinery, collaborating with Engineering and Production teams. Key Highlights: 1. Repair, reconstruction, and refurbishment of production equipment. 2. Diagnosis and correction of machinery issues with minimal supervision. 3. Collaboration with Engineering for equipment control improvements. Description and details of responsibilities * Repair, reconstruct, or refurbish all types of production equipment. * Provide on-site service and perform repairs or maintenance on machine parts. * Diagnose problems and perform repairs, corrections, calibrations, and improvements on machinery, processes, and facilities with minimal supervision. * Follow configuration, installation, and maintenance procedures. * Work with various company teams to support qualification processes, including work instructions and maintenance manuals. * Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement changes to equipment control procedures. * Apply knowledge to establish practical improvements and standards. * Work with various Production teams to develop solutions for process and equipment issues. * Evaluate and request equipment, tools, and accessories as needed. * Assume responsibility for other duties and projects related to operations as required. * Prioritize tasks and perform assignments with minimal supervision. Experience and Requirements * Technical degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electronics, or related field. * 3 years of experience in high-volume production environments. * Experience in assembly, installation, and maintenance of automated equipment and machinery. * Basic English * Experience in electricity, machining, tools, PLC/HMI. * Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to follow written procedures and comprehend manuals and schematics.
