Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Advisor to provide consultation and promote dermatological products, committed to skincare and customer retention. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized skincare and facial treatment counseling. 2. Promotion and sale of dermatological and cosmetic products. 3. Ability to build trust and foster customer loyalty. Dermatology Advisor / with sales experience Location: Tijuana Schedule: Full-time. Requirements * Education in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or Professional Makeup (verifiable) * Passion for skincare and aesthetics * Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for sales * Excellent appearance and communication skills * Minimum one year of sales experience with dermatological, cosmetic, or aesthetic products * Knowledge of facial treatments * Ability to build trust and foster customer loyalty Workplace: * Farmacia del Ahorro, Juárez and del Risco branches Responsibilities: * Personalized counseling on skincare and facial and/or dermatological treatments according to protocols * Promotion and sale of dermatological and cosmetic products * Post-treatment customer follow-up and recommendations We Offer: * Base salary: $15400 gross * Variable incentive * Monthly food vouchers: 10% of salary * Statutory benefits * Life insurance Must reside in Playas, Rosarito, or surrounding areas; no transportation issues, as one store is located in Rosarito and another in Playas.
