Growth and development opportunities At Waldos, we are looking for a Store Manager focused on results, team leadership, and operational control to ensure the proper functioning of our Rosarito Centro branch. If you have retail experience and are passionate about store operations, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily store operations and achievement of sales targets. * Lead, coordinate, and develop a team (approximately 10 staff members). * Ensure excellent customer service on the sales floor and at checkout counters. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, and proper merchandise rotation. * Ensure correct product display, arrangement, and signage. * Supervise cash handling (cash drops, reconciliations, and deposits). * Monitor performance metrics (sales, average transaction value, productivity). * Implement commercial strategies to increase sales. * Manage personnel-related issues (scheduling, discipline, performance). * Maintain the store in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety. ### **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 48 years old. * Education: Completed high school (minimum). * Proven experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Head in the retail sector. * Leadership, accountability, and results orientation. * Flexible availability for work hours. ### **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * In-house discounts. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. *We seek a committed individual with leadership skills and an operational focus who will drive store performance and develop their team.*
