Job Mission: Monitor daily loading, inventory, and distribution processes, ensuring proper product placement according to delivery routes; by validating barcodes, conducting physical merchandise inspections, analyzing operational data, and verifying incidents; with the purpose of ensuring orders match invoiced items, identifying risks, supporting effective logistics operations, and preventing losses during the distribution process. Responsibilities: * Verify that work tools—such as handheld devices—are in optimal condition; through daily functional and physical condition checks, to ensure efficient and accurate execution of assigned tasks. * Request picking guides and the corresponding vehicle from the supervisor, following established procedures, to guarantee control over the loading process and facilitate timely return for billing purposes. * Supervise order loading according to delivery routes, verifying that the assigned vehicle is clean and has sufficient fuel, to ensure efficient delivery and avoid errors or disruptions en route. * Assign corresponding line items and tickets to assistants for route departure, checking proper merchandise placement inside the vehicle, to prevent potential damage or contamination during transit. * Validate that merchandise picked by assistants matches the items recorded on the guide, via barcode scanning and physical placement inspection, to ensure the total loaded products accurately reflect the order. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace together with the team, promoting orderly use and storage of tools, to sustain a safe, efficient, and hygienic work environment. * Participate in cyclic, rotating inventories and internal audits, collaborating on activities assigned by the immediate supervisor, to support inventory control and smooth operational functioning of the area.
