Eligible academic backgrounds: Technical degree in organizational development; Bachelor's degree in organizational development; Organizational psychology; Business administration; Industrial engineering. Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor's degree or engineering degree * Experience in organizational development: 1 year (Preferred) Areas of Knowledge: * Psychology * Human resources * Organizational development * Business administration * Project management * Industrial engineering Competencies and Skills: * Strong oral and written communication skills * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Attention to detail * Strategic thinking * Dynamic and organized * Logical-mathematical reasoning * Strong interpersonal relationships Job Responsibilities: * Support the planning, implementation, and promotion of continuous improvement strategies for the company to facilitate its growth. * Execute activities to update the company's Organizational Culture strategies. * Support the design and implementation of regulatory and procedural instruments that promote organizational development. * Assist in designing and implementing guidelines, standards, policies, or methodological mechanisms for developing projects that foster continuous improvement within the company. * Conduct organizational studies to update structural, functional, and occupational organization charts according to the company's position structure and organizational framework. * Execute the defined methodology for developing and updating the company's position catalog. * Apply the established methodology for developing and updating the company's administrative manuals. * Support defining mechanisms to motivate and incentivize the company's human capital. * Support and assist in designing career path strategies for human talent development.
