Leadership, problem-solving, and assertive communication in projects. **CIVIL ENGINEER** * Experienced in design, calculation, and execution of construction projects. Technical Skills: * **Structural Design:** Ability to calculate and design robust structures, interpret soil studies, and analyze foundations. * **Specialized Software:** Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks), as well as structural and civil modeling software. * **Project and Budget Management:** Planning, cost administration, resource allocation, and schedule control. * **Regulatory and Technical Knowledge:** Application of technical standards, building codes, and on-site safety regulations. * **Hydraulics and Sanitation:** Design of potable water and drainage networks. Soft Skills: * **Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:** Ability to make complex decisions under pressure and resolve field emergencies. * **Leadership and Teamwork:** Coordination of personnel, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, negotiate, and deliver presentations. * **Attention to Detail:** Precision in reviewing drawings and technical specifications to ensure quality. * **Adaptability and Visualization:** Ability to anticipate spatial and technical issues during planning.
