Description

**General Objective:** Administer and maintain the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure deployed in the work unit, provide technical support to users for the technological tools used by the company, and ensure the availability of information handled by the organization. **Job Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers. * Technical support for users. * Software and OS installation. * Structured cabling. * Installation and configuration of managed switches. * Installation and configuration of routers and access points. * Server administration. * CCTV administration and configuration. * IP telephony configuration and maintenance. * Firewall administration and configuration. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of access control systems. * Generate and manage data backups. * Microsoft 365 email account configuration. * Network segmentation. **Education:** Bachelor's degree / Engineering.
