Conducting technical visits and project follow-up Job Description: **At PRIVARSA, we continue growing and invite you to join our team.** **We are currently recruiting for the position of Service Engineer.** Requirements: * Education: Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, or related engineering degree. * Experience: 1–2 years in similar positions. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge: Reading electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams; electrical and electronics fundamentals; customer service skills; AutoCAD proficiency. Responsibilities: * Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical visits to customers. * Resolve technical inquiries regarding products and/or machinery based on tickets raised by internal and/or external sales teams. * Create component drawings (including dimensioning) in AutoCAD. * Identify part number equivalencies. * Support trade shows, open houses, and supplier training events. * Perform equipment and machinery repairs and installations. * Conduct project follow-up.
