Job stability and growth opportunities A construction-sector company is seeking a **Drafting and Modeling Technician** to join its technical team, participating in the development and coordination of multidisciplinary projects. **We Offer:** * Net Monthly Salary: $14,000\.00 MXN (includes punctuality and attendance bonus). * Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday * Job stability and growth opportunities * Involvement in high-impact real-world projects **Technical Profile (Software)** * Revit (Basic Level): Ability to prepare detailed drawings and models. * AutoCAD (Intermediate Level): Creation of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering drawings. * Twinmotion (Basic Level): Development of graphics, sketches, and executive presentations * Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level): Use of supporting software for data interpretation and material calculations. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Modeling and Visualization: Generate photorealistic renders and images for project presentations. * Site Readiness: Ensure that drawings are current and correctly loaded so that on-site supervision is not interrupted. * Quality Control: Report any discrepancies or deficiencies in received information to the project leader to prevent non-standard work. * Operational Support: Collect field data for updating drawings and surveys, as well as recording such data. **Requirements:** * Relevant academic background (architecture, engineering, or related field). * Basic to intermediate experience in drafting/modeling. * Availability for occasional fieldwork.
