Leadership, organization, and customer service orientation We are looking for a responsible Front Desk Manager to coordinate and supervise front desk operations, ensuring warm, efficient, and professional guest service as well as the proper functioning of front desk administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: Supervise front desk staff and assign daily tasks. Ensure agile and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Provide assistance and resolve guest requests, inquiries, or complaints. Coordinate communication between the front desk and other hotel departments. Monitor reservations, occupancy, and room availability. Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators. Train and evaluate the front desk team. Ensure compliance with service standards and internal policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or similar positions. Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
