Position: Assistant Chef and Shift Coverage Work Locations: Toks Guadalupe Inn Toks Barranca del Muerto Toks Narvarte Toks Ángel Urraza Toks Cuauhtémoc Work Schedule: Morning and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off / Availability to rotate shifts Requirements: Two years of experience in a similar role at chain restaurants, in the production area, including personnel management, handling of kitchen utensils, cooking methods, cutting techniques, preparation of base sauces, meat cuts, and knowledge of Distinctive H. Education: High school diploma, related technical degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy. Flexible availability of working hours. Residence in areas near the workplace. Responsibilities: Supervise and control food preparation. Plan daily production. Supervise machinery operation. Supervise kitchen area cleaning. Conduct inventory counts and purchase scheduling. Verify and replenish raw materials. Supplier coordination. Staff training. Clean the work area.
