Needs Analysis and Workplace Climate Assessment **CORRUGADOS DE PUEBLA** is looking for: ***TRAINING ASSISTANT*** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Age:** 26 to 35 years old * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organizational Development and Training * Performance Evaluations * Support for on-site and team integration events * Identify current, medium-term, and long-term training needs for each department and employee. * Conduct analyses to determine whether current training initiatives are effectively impacting new employees. * Implement the DNC (Development Needs Checklist) and training plan to ensure compliance. * Administer and analyze workplace climate surveys.
