Position Summary:
We are seeking a QUALITY Supervisor to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of seeds, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency at the CEDIS.

We are a 100% Mexican company seeking a QUALITY Supervisor located at the Xicohtencatl 1 industrial corridor, Tetla de la Solidaridad, Tlaxcala.
* Supervise the **receipt, storage, and dispatch** of seeds.
* Verify **product quality** upon intake (moisture, integrity, infestation, packaging).
* Ensure proper **classification and segregation** of products by type, batch, and supplier.
* Control **inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO)** according to receipt dates and product condition.
* Supervise **storage conditions** (ventilation, humidity, temperature, and cleanliness).
* Prevent and control **pests**, coordinating fumigation and preventive measures.
* Conduct and validate **physical and cycle inventories**, reconciling them with the system.
* Supervise **warehouse staff**, assigning tasks and verifying productivity.
* Control **incoming and outgoing goods** through documentation, logs, and systems.
* Identify and report **losses, damages, contamination, or non-conforming products**.
* Coordinate **loading and unloading**, ensuring proper product handling.
* Ensure compliance with **hygiene, order, and safety standards** in the warehouse.
* Support internal and external audits (quality, food safety, customers).
* Generate **operational reports and metrics** for inventory and losses.
* Implement **continuous improvements** in storage processes.
* Support general CEDIS activities.
Required Knowledge:
* **Good Storage Practices** for seeds.
* Handling of **dry and semi-dry products**.
* Control of **humidity, ventilation, and temperature** in agricultural warehouses.
* **Integrated Pest Management**.
* Applicable **food safety and quality regulations** (GSP, GMP, SENASICA, as applicable).
* Control and rotation of **inventories by batch and date**.
* Use of **ERP/WMS systems** or Excel-based controls.
* Identification of **losses, infestation, and cross-contamination**.
* Industrial safety and hygiene.
* Use of **performance indicators (KPIs)**.
* Leadership and management of operational personnel.
* Product traceability and documentation.
