Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in developing work generators, budgets, estimates, and drawings, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD and construction processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of work generators, budgets, and estimates. 2. Preparation of construction drawings and project files. 3. Conducting on-site surveys and photographic reports. Civil Engineer (licensed or intern) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 1 year of experience Advanced English Skills: AutoCAD, Drawing Preparation, Estimating, Work Generators, Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Budgeting, Construction Processes, Reporting Driver's License: Class A Willingness to travel (4-month training in Guatemala) Projects located across the country. Responsibilities: Preparation of work generators. Construction budgeting. Rough estimates. Photographic reports. Drawing preparation. Preparation of project files. Rendering. On-site surveys. Proven experience with AutoCAD. Site supervision at assigned projects.
