




Job Summary: This position ensures the stability, safety, and performance of the project by reviewing documentation, supervising construction processes, and preparing geotechnical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the stability and safety of the project through geotechnical studies. 2. Supervise and conduct geological, geophysical, and geotechnical investigations. 3. Prepare geotechnical reports and slope stability analyses. Ensure that actual site conditions and work related to geotechnical studies, structural design, and applicable regulations guarantee the stability, safety, and performance of the project. Responsibilities * Prior to construction commencement, review project documentation including cut stabilization drawings, calculation memos, construction procedures, slope stability analyses, Schmidt hammer tests, soil mechanics tests, kinematic stability analyses, load-bearing capacity analyses, and geotechnical reports. • Ensure construction processes comply with applicable standards. • Ensure the project is executed efficiently. • Review and develop schedules. • Quantify materials. • Supervise and conduct geological, geophysical, and geotechnical investigations. • Prepare field reports and on-site constructive recommendations for various structures. Knowledge * Soil and rock mechanics studies. • Exploration boreholes. • In-situ tests for soils and rocks. • Soil mechanics laboratory. • Geotechnical instrumentation. • Field advisory services for cut stabilization. • Technical supervision of passive and active anchoring systems. • Technical supervision of drain installation works. • Rock excavation methods. • Use of specialized software in this field. • Process information into plans, sections, and profiles. Education: Civil Engineering degree or Geology degree with specialization or master's degree in Geotechnics (Degree Certificate, Professional License) Experience 5\-7 years of experience in this field. Preparation of geotechnical reports containing slope stability calculations, structural geology, stereographic projections, among others.
