Job Summary: Product Validation Coordinator responsible for developing and innovating nail products, managing quality assurance through sensory testing, and ensuring compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to the development and innovation of new nail products. 2. Manage product quality assurance through sensory testing. 3. Train personnel on technical knowledge related to product testing and verification. A market-leading company in professional nail care products is seeking a **Product Validation Coordinator**. Your role will be to contribute to the development and innovation of new products according to customer requirements, as well as manage quality assurance for new products by controlling and monitoring sensory testing activities, ensuring that final products meet national/international regulatory standards and those established by the company. We are looking for a candidate with either an incomplete bachelor’s degree or a technical specialization in nail application, plus 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. These are the **key responsibilities**: * Ensure timely and proper review of the company’s new products to effectively support product release and usage (e.g., testing, physicochemical analysis, sensory evaluation, etc.), coordinating and monitoring team members’ activities. * Generate and review test evaluation reports for raw material samples, finished products, tools, or other items, ensuring timely and accurate first-in/first-out flow. * Provide technical training on testing methods, as well as on review/verification of both new and existing product developments within the company, thereby supporting quality assurance. * Coordinate sampling testing activities (receipt, labeling, application, and storage) for new products, line products, and raw materials across all stages, to ensure availability of all necessary information for achieving the company’s strategic objectives and supporting quality assurance. * Demonstrate visible and consistent support and commitment to implementing the quality management system, asset security, and environmental protection at work. **Essential Knowledge:** * Nail application techniques across three systems (acrylics, gel, and polygel) * Knowledge of nail application materials and raw materials * Knowledge of general tools and instruments used for nail application * Product and tool-specific arguments for nail applications **Specific Certifications Required for This Position:** * Nail products * Nail application * Specialized education in nail care Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible) Work modality: 100% on-site.
