Job Summary: We are seeking a satellite tracking monitor for continuous tracking, customer support, and emergency coordination, with administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Satellite tracking platform monitoring and continuous tracking 2. Customer service and support via telephone 3. Communication and coordination with authorities during emergencies **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitoring our Satellite Tracking Platforms. * Continuous tracking. * Customer service and support via telephone. * Regular reporting to customers. * Communication and coordination with competent authorities in case of vehicle emergencies. * Administrative support and database management. **WE OFFER:** * **Salary: $11,500.00 to $12,500.00 net per month, including statutory benefits** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Minimum one year of GPS monitoring experience or willingness to learn * Interest in and aptitude for customer interaction * Proficiency in computer use, internet, and Microsoft Office suite Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Complimentary beverages * Savings fund * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Application question(s): * Experience with trips to Manzanillo Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Office work: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
