Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of retail fit-out projects, coordinating teams and ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Management of multiple projects simultaneously across different cities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead project scope, development, and execution in close collaboration with the brand/client. * Provide drawings, designs, and technical solutions aligned with the construction schedule, material procurement, and optimization of time/resources together with contractors and suppliers. * Supervise and coordinate multiple projects in parallel, ensuring adherence to work plans, quality, and brand standards. * Minimize administrative, human resources, and financial risks. * Negotiate with clients, contractors, and suppliers according to the established plan. * Validate and manage changes to project scope, budgets, and schedules; analyze cost proposals and timelines for modifications. * Ensure contractor/subcontractor commitment and performance regarding quality, costs, and timelines. * Guide and align all involved teams: site supervisors, engineering firms, suppliers, landlords, internal team, clients, and brands. * Conduct frequent site visits (including remote locations and workshops) to verify layouts, progress, and quality. * Timely report changes and progress to all stakeholders. **Ideal Profile:** * Proven experience as a Project Manager in **retail fit-out, commercial interior design, construction, or store/brand renovations**. * Demonstrable track record managing **multiple projects simultaneously** across different cities. * Strong **negotiation** skills, contractor management, and budget/risk control capabilities. * Solid knowledge of **drawing interpretation**, construction scheduling, and resource optimization. * Willingness and availability to travel frequently (site visits to remote locations). * Excellent leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary team coordination skills. * Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency preferred.
