Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an operational shift, ensure adherence to the production schedule, and maintain standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity. Ensure compliance with the production schedule and area KPIs A company in the plastics industry is looking for a **Production Supervisor** to lead an operational shift, ensure adherence to the production schedule, and uphold safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity standards at the plant. **We Offer** * Monthly base salary: **$28,155** * Statutory benefits from day one * Employee transportation (Periférico Norte) * Uniforms * Subsidized cafeteria (**$28 per day**) * Birthday leave Starting from the third month: * Savings fund contribution of **7\.5%** * Vacation bonus of **35%** **Location and Schedule** Technology Park, Jalisco Shift rotation: Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts every 15 days **Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead the operational team, ensuring order, discipline, and objective attainment * Define the shift work plan, optimizing human, material, and equipment resources * Manage personnel incidents (vacations, absences, overtime) and prepare pre\-payroll reports * Ensure safety on the production floor and proper use of PPE * Ensure compliance with the production schedule and area KPIs **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) – mandatory * Experience as a production supervisor responsible for at least one shift in a manufacturing company * Direct experience managing operational staff (minimum 10 people) * **EXPERIENCE IN THE PLASTICS INDUSTRY** * **Mandatory availability to rotate shifts** If you have experience leading teams on the shop floor and seek stability and growth, apply now!
