As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of commercial and operational strategies, supervising a team, and achieving established objectives. **Requirements:** * Preferably reside in the municipalities of **Zapopan, Tonala, Tlajomulco, or Tlaquepaque**. * Completed bachelor's degree or near completion in Business Administration or related field * Experience as a Coordinator in retail (point-of-sale management) * Minimum 2 years of recent experience * Class "A" driver's license * Ability to drive standard vehicles **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and direct daily activities of the sales team. * Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in collaboration with management. * Develop effective strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base. * Train, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance. * Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team performance. * Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of commercial strategies. **We Offer:** * Stable employment * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
