Position Summary: Arrow Electronics is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage and facilitate training programs—including logistics, materials, and evaluations—for its 220,000 technology manufacturers and service providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages training materials and logistics. 2. Facilitates New Employee Orientation and Annual Training sessions. 3. The company maintains 228 locations worldwide and serves over 85 countries. **What You’ll Do:** * Manage training materials and resources. * Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials, and participant lists. * Training Delivery: Facilitate New Employee Orientation / Annual Training sessions. * Evaluation and Reporting Support: Maintain records in ETQ. **What We’re Looking For:** * 2 years of experience supporting the training team and new employee orientation. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). * English proficiency is an advantage. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants across all training areas. * Time Management Skills: Plan onboarding based on hiring forecasts and prepare materials well in advance. * Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple training programs and associated logistics. **Work Schedule:** * On-site, Monday to Friday **What We Offer:** At Arrow, we recognize that competitive financial compensation and strong benefits are key components of an ideal job.
