Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Ensure inventory accuracy so that the physical stock held by logistics operators at storage centers aligns with the theoretical stock reported in the system across all national centers. **Responsibilities and Activities** Responsibility 1\. Analyze the behavior of finished products and raw materials across the client's various subsidiaries to determine appropriate coverage strategies for different warehouses. * Download SAP databases for logistics indicator analyst reports and upload them to the Plutón SAP Databases folder. * Review and download SAP databases to execute material inventories across centers, warehouses, free-use status, expiration dates, and remaining months; review PT material stock levels and share them in Plutón. * Review materials with expiration dates expiring within 0–6 months and forward them to Stella Foundation coordinators. * Review and update CDN/CDR inventories for Agro and PiSA centers for cooking and distribution planning information. * Generate information and analysis for government-related materials with expiration dates within 0–12 months and send them to their respective responsible parties for follow-up. Responsibility 2 Track suggestions proposed by or originating from the client’s marketing managers to ensure inventory movement and prevent inventory expiration by requesting system outbound transactions and returns to manufacturing for applicable materials. * Perform SMO inventory analysis for materials and their centers indicating free-use status, expiration dates, and remaining months, and send it for follow-up. * Conduct FRISO inventory analysis for its centers, free-use status, expiration dates, and remaining months, and send it for follow-up. Responsibility 3 Generate reports for each of the client’s subsidiaries according to specifications requested by internal clients, aiming to provide inventory visibility. * Prepare the dialysis materials inventory report and send it to its responsible parties for follow-up. * Analyze materials with short expiration dates at Agro and PiSA centers and those nearing expiration, and send the analysis to their responsible parties for follow-up. Responsibility 4 Manage the material catalog and demand, as well as maintain change control for commercial area requests regarding inventory levels to ensure supply for generated strategies. * Develop a consolidated material database categorized by validity status (active, obsolete, substitutes) existing across the supply chain. * Download demand data from SAP according to sales organizations and distribution channels, consolidating it into monthly periods. Responsibility 5 Submit all master data requests related to material planning through the currently valid request formats from the aforementioned area, ensuring updates are loaded into MRP.
