




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, personnel files, attendance incidents, and labor processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and interdepartmental coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Manage payroll and employment termination processes 2. Administer personnel files and contract renewals 3. Coordinate with Accounting and plant leaders **Location:** Col. 05 de Mayo **Job Type:** Full-time, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Work Mode:** On-site Main Responsibilities * Preparation and control of pre-payroll and payroll (Nomipaq). * Control and management of attendance incidents, vacations, medical leaves, and absenteeism. * Administration of active personnel and former employees’ files. * Management of severance settlements and employment termination processes. * Contract renewals and safekeeping of labor contracts. * Weekly reports on attendance, permissions, and occupational risks. * Control and tracking of uniforms, PPE, and tools. * Registration of new hires in time clock system. * Addressing and following up on staff needs. * Coordination with Accounting and plant leaders for HR administrative processes. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector. * Proficiency in payroll ERP systems (Nomipaq). * Knowledge of labor legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Occupational Safety and Health, Training). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
