Jalisco 1301, 45200 Tesistán, Jal. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Salary:** $18,000 net **Benefits:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits **Work Mode:** On-site ### **Job Objective** Provide in-plant operational support for payroll and benefits processes, ensuring proper internal process coordination between the Corporate Office and CLOE Moda, with emphasis on compliance, organization, and timely service. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Calculation and preparation of final settlement documents (finiquitos). * Control and disbursement of food vouchers (vales de despensa). * Control and tracking of commission payments. * Coordination of delivery of cards related to the program. * Training and follow-up on card activations for commission payments. * Filling out, controlling, and sending internal files for process tracking between the Corporate Office and CLOE. * Administrative follow-up and general support for payroll and HR department processes. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in calculating final settlement documents (finiquitos) (mandatory). * Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes. * Proficiency in control and tracking files (intermediate Excel preferred). * Availability to work on-site. ### **Competencies and Skills** * Proactivity. * Sense of urgency. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. * Focus on service and timely delivery.
