Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with payroll experience to manage the full payroll processing cycle, tax compliance, and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in payroll processing and compliance with labor and tax legislation. 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll and operational process management. 3. Accurate calculation of severance payments and settlements in accordance with the law. * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of specific experience in payroll. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Payroll**. * Current Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Comprehensive calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * **Excel:** Intermediate/Advanced level (formulas and pivot tables). * **Operational Management:** Processing weekly and biweekly payrolls. * **Incident Control:** Administration of absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and loans. * **Affiliation Transactions:** Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in **IDSE and SUA**. * **Tax Compliance:** Validation of electronic invoice stamping with the **SAT**, and year-end bonus calculation. * **Closings and Reconciliations:** Conduct payroll vs. accounting reconciliations and prepare reports for payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and FONACOT**. * **Terminations:** Accurate calculation of severance payments and settlements in accordance with the law.
