Excellent communication and decision-making skills Position Mission Lead and supervise the center’s medical team, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and promoting excellence in patient care and clinical research. MAIN POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Leadership and management of medical teams. * Participation in clinical research focused on stem cell therapies. * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards related to the therapy in question. * Design and execution of strategies for delivering medical services. * Experience in direct patient care. * Creation and management of medical records and related documentation. Additionally, ability to collaborate and establish alliances with other healthcare professionals. * Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve disagreements or misunderstandings—whether among staff or with patients—in an effective and diplomatic manner. **Languages** * Intermediate or advanced English, sufficient to attend to and maintain conversations. **Primary Functions and Responsibilities** Clinical Care * Provide specialized care to national and international patients. * Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and determine appropriate treatment plans for patients. * Create and maintain up-to-date clinical records and medical histories. * Ensure compliance with all legal requirements under Mexican medical laws. * Coordinate, schedule, and supervise post-treatment follow-up for patients. Clinical Research: * Actively participate in clinical research activities. * Seek and stay updated on specialized information, especially regarding cellular therapies. * Develop evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. * Design and supervise clinical protocols for new treatments or procedures. Reporting and Analysis: * Prepare bi-monthly reports on clinical and research activities. * Analyze data such as: number of patients treated, most common pathologies, treatment outcomes, and research progress. * Propose improvements or changes based on report analysis.
