Location: Ciudad Granja Shifts: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday to Friday: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Shift rotation availability) Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/engineering degree in Chemistry or related field. Knowledge of document control, product quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Minimum experience: 6 months. Proactive attitude and commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities Receive production reports and verify equipment cleanliness. Review GMP and quality assurance procedures. Perform product sampling (pH, dimensions, aroma, weight). Manage rejections of raw materials and finished products. Conduct laboratory tests in microbiology and water analysis. Release raw materials and finished products in the WMS system.
