Hands-on training in a high-growth logistics environment **North America Prospecting Representative (Freight Brokerage)** **Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Supporting U.S. \& Canada Sales Team)** Mid America is seeking a high\-energy **Prospecting Representative** to drive new business opportunities within the North American freight market. This role is focused on **top\-of\-funnel activity**—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential shippers to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in **freight brokerage sales**. You’ll play a critical role in fueling revenue growth by generating qualified leads and setting meetings for our closing team.
