Rinconada Santa Rita $22,000 gross + statutory benefits Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 / Saturdays 9:00–12:00 (home office) **Job Description** We are seeking an **HR Manager** with a **strategic–operational focus**, responsible for coordinating corporate HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening organizational culture across nationwide branches. **Responsibilities** * Coordination of recruitment, selection, and personnel administration. * Payroll and personnel movement management (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Design of training, OD, and development plans. * Implementation of performance evaluations, employee engagement surveys, and 360° assessment tools. * Updating of policies, contracts, minutes, and internal regulations (RIT). * Audit follow-up and compliance with NOMs (including NOM-035). * Supervision of team and budgetary control of the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * 3 years of experience in managerial or coordination roles. Experience in: * **NOMs and process audits** * **Payroll management** * **Recruitment and personnel administration** * **Organizational development and compensation** * Use of psychometric assessments and evaluation tools. * Strategic mindset with strong operational capability. **We Offer** * Salary: $22,000 gross. * Statutory benefits. * Home office on Saturdays. * Professional stability and growth.
