




Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation and performance of refrigeration and automation systems, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous telemetry monitoring and system performance analysis. 2. Remote/in-person technical support and report generation. 3. Support for continuous improvement and technical training for customers. JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the correct operation and performance of refrigeration and automation systems installed at customer facilities through continuous telemetry monitoring, thermal behavior analysis, and post-sales technical support, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and equipment operational efficiency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Continuously monitor telemetry data and parameters such as temperature, pressure, energy consumption, and system performance. - Analyze abnormal behaviors or deviations in readings to prevent failures or inefficiencies. - Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers for incidents reported in refrigeration systems. - Prepare technical reports and equipment performance analyses based on collected data. - Coordinate with project or corrective maintenance teams regarding required preventive or adjustment actions. - Participate in technical training for customers on proper usage of automated systems. - Ensure updates to the telemetry database, technical intervention logs, and records. - Support implementation of continuous improvements in monitoring and control systems. - Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure post-sales satisfaction and trust. REQUIREMENTS - Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 2–4 years in technical service, post-sales, or maintenance of industrial refrigeration or automation systems. - Technical knowledge: Principles of industrial refrigeration and temperature control, reading and interpretation of telemetry data and SCADA systems, data analysis and fault diagnosis, safety standards for refrigeration equipment.
