Job Summary: We are seeking an Osteosynthesis Supervisor to manage operations, develop relationships with key customers, and ensure their satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical accompaniment and support for instrument technicians. 2. Development and strengthening of relationships with key customers. 3. Management of the customer portfolio using customized strategies. Position Required: Osteosynthesis Supervisor. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience. · Age: 28 to 50 years. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. · Gender: Unrestricted. · Marital status: Unrestricted. · Education: Bachelor's degree. · Willingness to travel. · In-depth knowledge of osteosynthesis services. Skills and Competencies: Punctuality, Organization, Communication skills, Proactivity, Empathy, Teamwork. Responsibilities: * Accompany technicians to address any concerns and resolve operational technical issues related to the service. * Conduct periodic visits to each hospital to verify that instrument technicians perform their duties appropriately in accordance with established procedures and policies. * Support the annual planning of supplies required for service procedures, defining maximum and minimum inventory levels for the year. * Verify that all required documents and supporting records (e.g., patient- and procedure-specific folios) are complete. * Safeguard accurate information for billing management. * Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. * Manage the customer portfolio using customized, results-oriented strategies. * Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements that generate sustainable value with physicians. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience. COMPENSATION: Variable salary of $4,000.00 weekly during the first three months. Commissions based on the commission schedule. Benefits: · Statutory benefits.
