We require: HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN OBJECTIVE: Provide operational and administrative support across various Human Capital department processes, contributing to departmental efficiency, talent development, and maintenance of an optimal work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Student in the final semesters of Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Accounting, or related fields Availability to work 40 hours per week Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Theoretical knowledge of general Human Resources processes Excellent writing and spelling skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in updating, controlling, and safeguarding physical and digital employee files. Assist in recording attendance incidents, tracking attendance, vacations, and leave requests. Prepare employment certificates and deliver internal documentation.
