Opportunity for professional development in the pharmaceutical/food sector. **ALFA INDUSTRIAL** A leading company in the distribution of raw materials and pharmaceutical chemicals is seeking: Quality Control Leader: Pharmaceutical Chemist (Q.F.B.), Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field \- Degree holder. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for continuous improvement of our processes Full management of the QMS and ISO 9001 Lead auditor Receiving external audits and responsible for internal audits Responsible for quality control processes Support in regulatory affairs and technical documentation Support in implementing continuous improvement tools Support in training on quality-related topics **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; occasionally Saturday mornings. **Office Location:** Col. Paraísos del Colli, Zapopan, Jalisco. **Knowledge Requirements:** Quality management systems, NOM standards, ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, BPM / GMP, good storage practices, good documentation practices, among others. **Skills:** We seek a candidate with systems-oriented thinking, process focus, and commitment to continuous improvement; excellent attitude, honesty, proactivity, energy, enthusiasm for innovation, strong motivation to work and grow, drive, dynamism, teamwork orientation, sense of urgency, openness to change and improvement, creativity, high capacity to overcome challenges, ability to synthesize and analyze documentation, excellent spelling, outstanding oral and written communication skills, self-directed learning ability, self-management capability, results-driven work ethic, personal cleanliness and organization. **Language:** Advanced English proficiency preferred. **Software Proficiency:** Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, printers, internet, etc. **Requirements:** Knowledge of systems, processes, and continuous improvement. Experience as an auditor or strong aptitude for rapidly learning such activities. Technical knowledge from preferred academic background focused on pharmaceutical and/or food industry, ISO 9001, and basic administrative knowledge.
