Job Summary: A retail delivery driver-salesperson responsible for promoting, selling, and delivering products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through comprehensive service. Consultation and after-sales service A bakery located near Colón and Lázaro Cárdenas is seeking a retail delivery driver-salesperson to: Promote and place the products and services offered; assist customers in selecting items, restock merchandise, and deliver orders to customers' homes. Understand customer needs, communicate product or service value, and close agreements. · Request materials required to properly perform duties. · Arrange and rotate products as requested by customers. · Know the product or service being sold. · Advise customers. · Sell products or services. · Connect customers with the company. · Foster customer loyalty. · Acquire new customers. · Provide after-sales service. · Handle complaints and claims. · Ensure customer satisfaction. · Advise customers on products and services. · Guide sales toward the most profitable and exclusive products. · Monitor and prevent potential theft or loss. · Restock shelves and display cases. · Maintain an inventory record of stock. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 16:30 Salary: Weekly base pay of $2,700.00 (MXN), inclusive of punctuality and attendance bonuses, plus $120 MXN transportation assistance via Sitren card and $294 MXN grocery vouchers; 4% commission per sale (minimum weekly sales of $1,500 MXN). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary Range: $2,994.00 – $5,000.00 (MXN) per week Work Location: On-site employment
