Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor for a leading industrial laundry company, responsible for supervising operations, verifying documentation, and training staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of logistics operations and compliance with procedures. 2. Training in defensive driving and basic mechanics for route representatives. 3. Fuel consumption control and incident reporting. **AT MAS LIMPIO LAVARTEX, WE BELIEVE IN YOUR TALENT** Leading Industrial Laundry Company We are looking for: **Logistics Supervisor** Completed Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering Degree **Required Knowledge:** Basic Mechanics, Satellite Tracking, Road Safety and Family Assets, Excel, Word. **Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (operational, managing cargo vehicles, and administrative tasks)** **Responsibilities:** Supervise that all operations comply with the company’s established procedures, policies, and values. Receive and verify documentation related to shipments, pickups, vouchers, returns, etc., to validate delivery and pickup processes. Provide defensive driving training to route representatives to prevent traffic accidents and violations, in accordance with the Lavartex model. Foster teamwork to ensure adherence to standards and procedures across all members of the logistics department. Deliver high-quality service to increase customer satisfaction and improve the performance level of our route representatives. Implement basic mechanics training to equip route representatives with the knowledge, skills, aptitudes, and competencies needed to identify, analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in Lavartex vehicles. Monitor fuel consumption across assigned vehicles and generate performance indicators for the supervisor’s management zone, supporting analysis and improved decision-making.
