The candidate for this position must fully utilize their capabilities and skills to ensure sound management of company resources. **Responsibilities** * **Responsible for monitoring and supervising the billing department, which handles:** · Maintaining contract records with clients · Performing monthly billing for contracts, sales, and ad-hoc services · Coordinating and conducting contract meter readings * **Responsible for monitoring and supervising the accounting department, which handles:** · Recording expenses in the electronic platform (RP) · Processing and accounting for Accounts Payable · Reconciling bank transactions · Adding and updating client records · Adding and updating supplier records · Recording, reviewing accounting entries, and generating financial statements · Preparing, reviewing, and disbursing payroll · Calculating, reviewing, filing, and paying federal, state, and employer taxes · Conducting reconciliations with suppliers and creditors · Managing and recording Accounts Receivable · Payroll data entry * **Responsible for monitoring and supervising the collections department, which handles:** · Collecting from key accounts · Coordinating and leading the collections team (2 members) · Entering physical government billing documentation packages, including all supporting documents · Supervising corporate client portals · Conducting client relationship visits and follow-ups · Taking action with delinquent clients (notices, late payment interest charges, or service suspension) · Identifying bank payments and applying them accordingly in the system · Negotiating timely payments with clients · Adding new clients and maintaining an updated client database **Qualifications** * 2\-5 years of experience working as an Administrator * Completed Bachelor's degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) * Strong spelling and writing skills * Preferably own vehicle and valid driver's license **We Offer** * Ongoing training * Professional development * Base salary: $30,000 gross (MXN) * Bonus: $8,000\.00 * All statutory benefits * Growth opportunities Salary: $30,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
