These documents must be submitted after the interview; there is no need to send them at this time.** The employment contract for this vacancy is project-based, with a duration of 1 year and annual renewal. **VACANCY INFORMATION** * Location: Camino a Sta. Ana Tepetitlán 2230, Santa Ana Tepetitlán, 45230 Zapopan, Jal. * Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday * Experience: Minimum 1 year working in companies * Specific requirements: **Punctuality**, good interpersonal skills, leadership, proactive attitude, team management **Health-related activities:** * Providing health guidance and support to employees * Conducting pre-employment and periodic medical examinations * Managing occupational hazards (first aid) * Delivering health talks (5-minute sessions) * Inducting new hires * Managing and tracking clinical records (medical histories) * Monitoring and surveillance of personnel exposed to occupational hazards (medical certificates) * Conducting inspections of the cafeteria and production processes to identify health risks * Planning and logistics for health campaigns (e.g., vaccination, visual health programs) * Developing weekly informational materials for dissemination * Monitoring chronic patients, pregnant employees, and employees on medical leave * Coordinating the health team (2 nurses) Safety-related activities: * First-aid kit inspections * Periodic evaluations (POE) * Safety inspections * Reporting occupational hazards (accidents, incidents) We offer: * Biweekly salary payments (on the 1st and 16th of each month) * Statutory benefits * Complimentary cafeteria access * Transportation: NOT AVAILABLE * Position open to WOMEN only * Minimum age: 27 years Mandatory requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and/or Medical Doctor and Surgeon and Midwife * Professional license and federal certificate and/or state certificate * Punctuality * Good interpersonal skills (courtesy) \*If you are interested in this vacancy, please take the time to locate the company on Google Maps to assess travel time and distance, helping you determine whether it is feasible for you.
