Job Summary:
The Accounting Analyst oversees daily accounting operations, ensures tax compliance, prepares financial statements, and evolves toward critical analysis to identify risks and operational efficiencies.

The Accounting Analyst supervises daily accounting operations, ensures tax compliance, and prepares accurate financial statements. Their role evolves from data entry to **critical analysis**, identifying risks and opportunities for cost savings or administrative efficiency.
2\. Key Responsibilities
* **Financial Statement Management:** Preparation and review of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement under local (NIF) and international (IFRS/IAS) standards.
* **Tax Compliance:** Calculation and filing of monthly and annual taxes, as well as coordination with external audits and tax authority requirements.
* **Cost and Budget Control:** Analysis of budget variances and oversight of cost accounting to optimize profit margins.
* **Treasury Oversight:** Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
* **Team Leadership:** Supervising, training, and reviewing the work of junior accountants or accounting assistants.
3\. Education and Experience Requirements
* MANDATORY PLD EXPERIENCE
* **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting
* **Experience:** Minimum of 2 to 4 years in accounting roles.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Advanced understanding of current tax laws.
* Proficiency in **ERP** systems (e.g., SAP, CONTPAQI, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
* Advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables)
