Creation of digital renders and material calculations **Vacancy: Photovoltaic Systems / Renewable Energy Engineering Manager** **Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the correct execution of photovoltaic projects both on-site and in the office, guaranteeing installation quality and optimal system performance. **Requirements** * Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of electrical and photovoltaic systems * Proficiency in digital rendering for installations * Proactive, organized individual with leadership skills * Availability for on-site work * Personal vehicle (preferred but not mandatory) **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of solar panel installation projects * Supervision of field crews * Review of installations in office and field settings * Creation of digital renders for projects * Material calculations * Repair and maintenance of photovoltaic systems * Site surveys and on-site data collection **We Offer** * Base salary: $22,000 MXN per month, tax-free * Bonuses for punctuality and goal achievement (up to $25,000 MXN per month) * Statutory benefits * Gasoline allowance (if you have a personal vehicle) * Bi-weekly payments * Uniforms * Cafeteria area * Fridays in home-office mode **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
