We seek a strategic, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of leading the company's accounting and finance department. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise accounting and financial operations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements. * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. * Supervise taxes and tax compliance. * Control budgets, expenses, and cash flow. * Monitor costs and profitability by branch. * Supervise bank reconciliations and administrative processes. * Coordinate the accounting and administrative team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as Accounting Manager. * Experience in multi-unit companies, retail, or restaurants. * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting systems. * Knowledge of taxation, cost accounting, and financial statements. * Leadership and analytical skills.
