This position is critical to business growth, directly impacting revenue generation and company positioning. Main Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end process for public and private tenders * Analyze tender documents, calls for bids, and technical\-administrative requirements * Coordinate internal teams (sales, operations, legal) for proposal development * Design strategies to increase the award rate * Monitor bid outcomes, contracts, and execution of awarded projects * Identify opportunities on government procurement platforms (Compranet and others) * Manage relationships with public-sector clients Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Law, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering (healthcare sector preferred) * Experience leading teams * Familiarity with Compranet procurement processes * Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills * Results-oriented with a focus on goal achievement Key Competencies * Strategic leadership * Decision-making * Analytical thinking * Negotiation Why Join Surtimedik?
